Upton FBLA - Fall Conference

Eighteen Upton High School students participated in the FBLA Fall Leadership Conference in Casper on October 3rd. The event included 332 students and took place at the Casper College Gateway Center. The theme for this year is “See The Way, Be The Way, Lead The Way”.

The Opening General Session Speaker was Mandy Fabel. Her speech posed the following questions. “Do you want to win in the game of life?” “Do you wish you could face any situation with 100% confidence?” “Are you interested in accomplishing big goals and becoming a person of influence?” She said, “If you answered YES to any of these questions, it’s time to See The Way, Be The Way, Lead The Way from the crowd and this high-octane experience will show you exactly how to do it!”

Students participated in multiple workshops throughout the day and a state meeting. Two of those workshops and the state meeting were led by State Reporter Karstyn Garcia. Exhibitors were present to inform chapters of fund-raisers and colleges of their interest.

Mrs. Ludemann was proud of her Upton High School students saying, “They were a good example of our Future Business Leaders.”
