At Upton High School, we believe athletics is a great tool to teach students important skills that will prepare them for the future. Through these sports, students will learn valuable lessons in hard work, perseverance, teamwork, and commitment. In addition to these, student-athletes also learn the importance of handling success and dealing with struggle, responding with humility in victory and grace in defeat.

Tradition of Pride and Excellence

Upton High School has enjoyed a rich tradition of success in the athletics arena and is able to offer 11 quality athletics programs as well as fast growing eSports. Since 2015, Upton High School has produced 11 state championships in 7 different sports. This success has been supported by a staff that has accumlated 12 WCA Coach of the Year awards and who is committed to developing students as both athletes and people.
